Every home is different — it comes down to the amount of glass, access, and how dirty things are. Quotes are always free: send us your address and we can usually size up your place from photos online and get a price back to you. If we can't, we'll arrange a time to come and quote in person. Either way, your price is fixed before we start and never changes on the day.
Windows and glass doors cleaned inside and out, flyscreens removed and washed, and all frames, sills and tracks wiped down. We don't clean shower glass, and mirrors aren't standard — but we can add mirrors if you ask when booking. Solar panels, gutters and glass balustrades can be added to any visit too.
Usually yes — most flyscreens can only be taken off and refitted from inside the home, and most houses around here have them. That goes for outside-only cleans too: the screens sit over the outside of the glass, so they still need to come off from inside. If your home has few or no flyscreens — or we're just doing gutters, solar panels or balustrades — you don't need to be there: leave the side gate unlocked and we'll send photos when the job's done.
Most homes take around 2–4 hours for a full inside-and-out clean with screens, depending on the amount of glass. Big double-storeys and first cleans (where grime has built up) can run longer — we never rush the job to squeeze in the next one.
Rain itself doesn't dirty clean glass as much as people expect — it's the dust and grime already sitting on the glass that rain sticks to. Freshly cleaned windows come through a shower far better than dirty ones ever do.
